Week: 12

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Identifying what types of work team we are after reading the theory which is described in "Management, a competency-based approach" book. Concurrently, I took a team assessment survey to help my team assess its internal processes. In addition, I asked my team-mates for discussions in the group meeting this week.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Don Hellriegel, Susan E. Jackson & John W.Slocum, Jr 2004, "Type of Work Teams", Management, a competency-based approach, South-Western division, Thomson Learning, Singapore,10th edition, p.p 484-486.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

Although our Iceberg group was formed for months, it seemed that I didn't know what type of team work I am. The reading helps me to solve this problem right away. On the other hand, the "team assessment survey" should be taken individually by each team member.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

I discovered that there are 4 types of work teams: problem-solving, functional, multi-disciplinary and self-managing work teams. Besides that, a framework for team effectiveness is illustrated. It comprises of task completion, team & personal development, member satisfaction, relationships with others and so on (et al, 2004).

7. What was new or surprising to me?

Finally, I found that our group is "functional work teams". It could be explained that it "includes members from a single department who have the common goal of considering issues and solving problems within their area of responsibility and expertise" (et al, 2004). In other words, our Iceberg is grouped by members who come from the same class. Our backgrounds are similar as well.

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

After identifying the group's type, I hope to find a better way to push our group developed significantly in the next two weeks, when the final exams is forthcoming. It's also the best time for us to let others know who we are.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

The situation is the same. I can apply this theory both in university and organizational environment.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I am still unclear about "member satisfaction". Also, how to get the maximum level in member satisfaction.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

I would like to have a quick look at "global awareness competency". The reason is globalization is becoming more and more popular these days. Having a certain knowledge about it will support me in the future career.

13. Ideas for action, based on this activity/task...

Basically, I want to develop my project team management skill. Theoretically, I solely relied on the concepts to understand the main points. Empirically, it is neccessary to see how the project works in group activities.

14. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

The quiz is up-dated regularly by the publisher. Furthermore, it contains very useful techniques that I could use it for my current group.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

Iceberg group last for several months. In general, the relationship between members are good. The weekly meetings and team activities are adequate. It seems that we didn't face any challenging problems.

2. Reflection observation:

Identifying what types of our group is essential step. This strengthen our advantages as well as reduce our shortcomings.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

By taking the "team assessment survey" together, we have had a good time.

4. Active experimentation:

Even though after this semester, Iceberg group doesn't exist any more, we are still close friends forever. Thanks to project management skill, we didn't have any serious negative conflicts. Lastly, the result from VPLT assignment is quite satisfied.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 11

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 11

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Searching the project management skill in teamwork on the RMIT net library. Specifically, I visit the ProQuest with the topic Project management in teamwork to search for document summary.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Soren Hansen, "The supervisor in the project-organized group work should participate developing the students' project competencies", European Journal of Engineering Education, Abingdon, September 2004, Volume 29, p.451.

Claire Sookman, "Building your virtual team", Network World, Framingham, June 21, 2004, Volume 21, p.91.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

The scenario in the "Network World" book is described very easy-to-understand. It's also a kind of exercise to practice a decision-making skill in groups.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

It is absolutely true when Hansen indicates that "most work done by engineers today is organized in projects and very often as teamwork". Therefore, "when educating towards employability, it is important that the students develop competencies in areas such as project management, collaboration and teamwork". In brief, the project management skill will go along with students from the university to organizational environment.

7. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

As a student, I should develop project management skill as soon as possible. On the other hand, team rules should be created at the beginning of a project or when a new team forms. The main reason is team agreements always affect the team's outcomes.

8. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

There is the similarity between manager and tutor's expectations towards the employee and student competencies. Hansen (2004) highlights that "the focus is on spontaneity, creativity, awareness and presence". Obviously, I will try to apply the theory on our group first, then, similarly, I will be able to use what I learnt in the workplace.

9. Things that I am still unsure about...

I still don't know how to make a team rules more effective and realistic. It's true to our Iceberg group that some regulations were ignored. For example, we set the rule at the first meeting group that we will speak English in the next meeting. However, we didn't follow it strictly. Now we all speak in our mother tongue. It's a little bit unpleasant for me personally.

10. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

"Geographic, ethnic and cultural differences" play an important roles in team performance. Increasing the awareness of these is survival for a team. I wish to study it more.

11. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

The text was written in a simple way. It's not only clear but also easy for me to understand what the main point the authors is talking about.

12. Miscellaneous interesting facts I learned from this activity/task...

"Supervisors proved itself by focusing on competencies in areas such as understanding group dynamics, communication, organization and project management"(Hansen, 2004).

Virtual project teams should look at the following items (Sookman, 2004):
- Commit to the scope of the project.
- Agree to time schedules.
- Recognize the risks involved.
- Agree to share information on a regular basis.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

Whoever I am, a student or an employee, wherever I am, in university or in a company, project management in teamwork is an essential skill to recognize and develop.

2. Reflection observation:

The group activities require me a lot of individual skills, such as communication, persuasion, leadership. Not only that, cross-cultural awareness is considered. This is due to the working environment tends to be "intense, high-pressure and deadline-driven" (Sookman, 2004).

3. Abstract conceptualization:

Consequently, I realized that I just a small part of the whole team. To be successful in team work, I should being myself as well as thinking about the external factors like team member's behaviours, team's rules, member's roles, etc.

4. Active experimentation:

Until now, we didn't receive a final comment of our tutor about the first draft of our VPLT portfolio. However, I think the outcomes of Iceberg group is so-so. I think we should make an improvement in this assignment. Particularly, my members and I will find more input for our writing.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 10

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 10

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Taking 2 self-quizzes: "cross-cultural skills and attitudes" and "team skill inventory".

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Andrew J. DuBrin 2003, "Cross-cultural skills and attitudes" & "Team skill inventory", Essentials of Management, p.p 46 & 381.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

It's really fun to take those quizzes after finishing the reading. Not only will I enjoy it, but also learn about my strengths and areas for improvement in the process, said DuBrin.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

After taking the first quiz, I should develop more cross-cultural awareness and skills to work effectively in a multicultural work environment. About the "team skill inventory" quiz, I need to think "outside the box" to become a high-performing team member. Overall, both quizzes help me to increase project management in group work.

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

I believed that it's impossible to have a long-lasting friendship with foreigners due to the different cultures. But it's wrong now. Even people are different in language, customs, belief, they are the same in relationships. It means that most of people want to have a true friend in their life.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

A great amount of things belong to cultural diversity, such as technology interest, fashion sense or even hair status.

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

I have never been to another country in my life. After having a better cross-cultural awareness, I do hope to travel alone to Asian countries to see how the world around me works.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

Obviously, I will use the cross-cultural skill as well as teamwork skill in my future workplace. For example, I know how to get along with foreign colleagues and how to contribute a strategy through group activities.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I am still unsure about the advantages as well as drawbacks of team diversity.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

I want to have an in-depth insight about teamwork skills. They include communication, self-management, thought process, strategic and organizational skills.

13. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

Interestingly, being bilingual gives me 5 points on doing the first quiz.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

I didn't have any ideas about cross-cultural values before.

2. Reflection observation:

After taking the quiz, I think I should change my mind to be more flexible, especially in the economic status of my country. At this moment, more and more foreigners come to my country to go travel or do business with local people.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

Therefore, I will try to apply what I known to see how it works. For instance, effective management of diversity can reduce cost.

4. Active experimentation:

After graduating from this university, I wish to work in a multi-corporation. In this environment, I will have to increase the understanding about many other cultures. Similarly, at this time, I will improve communication skills in teamwork to deliver high quality group assignment.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 9

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 9

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Reading "Essentials of Management" book at LRC.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Andrew J. DuBrin 2003, "Being an effective team player", Essentials of Management, p.p 393-394.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

It's really happy to find a new way to improve myself as an effective team player.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

Being and effective team player makes the teamwork more possible and effective. Moreover, it also "affects managerial perceptions" (DuBrin, 2003).

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

I kept the thinking that just only leaders play an key role in team or group. Nevertheless, it's unfair. Individuals are important as well to maintain a good environment within an organization.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

In the words of DuBrin, 2003, "a survey of business organizations in 34 industries indicates that employees rate team player as the most highly ranked workplace behaviour. On the other hand, approximately 40% of the managers surveyed ranked team player as number one among 7 desirable traits".

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

As a result of this reading, I make myself more motivative and studious.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

I completely understand what actions and attitudes that I am expecting to show in working environment. This helps me to build a strong relationship with both my colleagues and bosses.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I still don't understand what it means that "don't rain on another team member's parade". I think I had better ask my team members or classmates for clarification.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

I would like to have a look at the "potential problems of teams and groups". The main purpose for this is to know it to avoid the bad things in groups.

13. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

I discover a course of action as task-related that an effective team player usually acts. They are as follows:

possesses and shares the technical expertise.

assumes responsibility for problems.

is willing to commit to team goals.

is able to see the perspective.

is willing to ask difficult questions.

is willing to try something brand new.

14. What I most disliked about this activity/task was...

The reading supported me to behave and think in the way that others respect me.

15. Miscellaneous interesting facts I learned from this activity/task...

Besides 6 task-related actions, there are another 6 people-related attitudes of a team player.

trust team members.

share credit.

recognize the interests and achievements of others.

listen actively and share information.

give and receive critism.

not rain on another team member's parade.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

In Iceberg group, my role is teamworker as the primary strength. As a teamworker, I want to lead from behind. I’m also sympathetic and sensitive. Sometimes, I’m indecisive.

2. Reflection observation:

My team-mates and I spend a lot of time together to carry out the VPLT portfolio. It includes so many things inside, such as Gib exercises, team building exercises, classroom activities, individual reflections, case studies, self-assessments and so on.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

In order to finish the whole above stuff, we have to reduce our negative conflicts, create harmony, maintain a weekly meetings and share the task equally.

4. Active experimentation:

Finally, the first VPLT assignment submitted successfully.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 8

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 8

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Searching database in ProQuest at net library. In the meantime, completing the first draft of VPLT assignment to hand in to the tutor at the end of this week.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Susan Mohammed & Linda C. Angell, "Journal of Organizational Behaviour", Chichester, vol. 25, p. 1015.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

This ebook had an in-depth insight about team conflicts. The area that I haven't covered yet.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

Three main things I learned through the abstract reading was:

Team diversity.

Team process.

Team orientation.

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

I used to think that conflicts should be disappeared in groups to develop the performance. Nevertheless, it's not true. Actually, some positive conflicts, such as arguments, discussions or even fightings to go to the best decision. The main point here is to have a better understanding afterwards.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

In the word of Mohammed and Angell, "team diversity" has two level in general. The first one is surface-level diversity, such as age, gender, character, education, etc. The second one is deep-level (time urgency, extraversion).

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

As a result, I understood that "team diversity" and "team process" result in "team conflicts".

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

I will use the impact of "team diversity" in group to see how it works.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I don't know how to control the conflicts in group. It is also great to have a positive conflicts to understand about each other more and more.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.
I would like to study more about "the future trends in organizational behaviour".

13. Ideas for action, based on this activity/task...

Minimizing the negative conflicts like relationship conflicts is neccessary. Relationship conflict could result in lower perceived performce by team members, said Mohammed and Angell.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

VPLT submitted on time with the good quality and control. I think the task generally well-done by all the members in our group.

2. Reflection observation:

The first draft of VPLT assignment is a consequence of weekly meeting, daily communication and regularly task completion of our group.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

As a result, at the end of this week, we feel free to deliver the done task to our tutor without asking for extra time. The final result of our effort is a well-formatted VPLT portfolio. Its outline looked like this:

Introduction of each member (may be include pictures or graphs).

Recording of group meetings (beginning time – finishing time, date, place, team roles, activities, discussions, actions and conclusions).

Meeting reflections (using KOLB cycle).

Giving the answers of exercises (Gibbs exercises), case studies (course book).

Team’s strengths and weaknesses.

References and appendix.

4. Active experimentation:

During this week, I felt very tired and exhausted. I wished that I could disappeared in this world for a while to go away from stress.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 7

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 7

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Playing "Project team development" course at Skillsoft. This course is aligned with "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge " (PMBOK ® Guide), 2000 edition, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®).

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

http://skillsoft.rmit.edu.vn/content/PROJ0473a1.htm

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

The course is completely relevant to my topic. I want to play the course immediately after reading its short description.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

The first thing that I learnt from this activity was human resource. It is considered as a very important part in project team management. Secondly, I caught the main idea about leadership style. Lastly, the way to build a highly successful project team is looked at.

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

First, I think the differences between team members don't affect the team performance. However, the most important thing here is to combine the differences together to enhance the performance better.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

"Team dynamics" in the course is covered. They include interpersonal relationships, personality differences, individual ways of communicating and individual value systems.

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

I should have a regularly informal small talk with my team-mates besides help each other. A higher team morale is where all the members are well communicated and encouraged.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

In my Iceberg group, we have 3 girls and 2 boys. So, I will apply what I learnt to this current team. For example, we all sit and think about how to make an outline of VPLT assignment is a good example of successful team dynamics.

11. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

Cultural barriers should be concerned in a group where members come from different religions or countries. I want to look at it as soon as possible.

12. Ideas for action, based on this activity/task...

Ranked the important level of effective teamwork within a project.

Rated myself to see how often I perform the actions of trust, communication and time sacrifice.

Had regular informal conversation with my team members.

13. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success," said Henry Ford. This is the sentence that I liked most about reading the course.

14. What I most disliked about this activity/task was...

The course lasted 3 hours. It was too long to play the whole course. I was not patient enough. I also skipped any steps that is irrelevant to the topic.

15. Miscellaneous interesting facts I learned from this activity/task...

"Project team management" is an integral part of "project human resources management".
Team development involves developing individual and group skills to enhance project performance.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

In my college, I had a little experience about teamwork environment. I used to participate in a small group of students to pass the final exams. When working in groups, I found it's easy to have conflicts or arguments among team members.

2. Reflection observation:

Make a decision about who am I and where am I. I usually leave others the cool and uneasy-going impression unless they have known me for years. Moreover, I'm a careful and quite introvert person. Then, I join to a club or group to perform the activities or tasks better. It is true that "three head are always better than one".

3. Abstract conceptualization:

On the other hand, it is believed that sometimes the personal values or decisions is contrast to group opinions or values. So, how to make the balance or adjustment is rather difficult.

4. Active experimentation:

The only thing that I could do now is to adapt to the new group environment. Especially, less be selfish and more generous. Otherwise, I will be out of the list in my group.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 6

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 6

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Using Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) to schedule the group jobs list in Virtual Peer Learning Team (VPLT) portfolio.

Sharing the workload fairly in Iceberg group.

Taking a team role,

Going through 5 stages in “team development” in our group.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Clifford R. Gray & Erik W. Larson 2003, “The five-stage team development model” in Chapter 11, Project Management – The managerial process, 2nd edition, The McGraw-Hill Company, Australia, pp.350-352.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

The most interesting thing was the norming stage. This is where we start to work out the way we cooperate together and set up the ground rules. We also make important agreements at this stage, too. At this stage, team rules are set, such as being on time in weekly group meetings and completing the tasks during the given period. Moreover, every member have their own roles and responsibilities in order to share the workload fairly. Another team rules was identifing the task or goal for the next meeting to avoid wasting of time. On the other hand, team members should know the way to have positive conflicts to practice decision-making and problem-solving skills. By this way, it could help our performing stage better

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

Knowing how to work in a team or group.

Making the team perform better.

Interacting with team-mates.

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

Project management provide me an ability to plan, organize, lead and control workload and human resources to complete the tasks within a team.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

A lof of matters must be covered when studying in group, such as timetable, personality, atmosphere.

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

I should fulfill the task with the high quality. In addition, the relationship is essential because I could not complete my teamwork without others’ cooperation.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

In the future, after graduating from the university, I could work in a multinational company. In this case, I could perform well in both individual and team work.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I'm afraid that I'm still unsure about tools to control team project, such as technology or personnel to fulfill the task on time.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

I would like to seek more information about team work environment.

13. Ideas for action, based on this activity/task...

I still believe that the main purpose for this task was improving ability to work in a team.

14. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

I really enjoy the time that I spent on group activities. It's interesting to listen to different point of view from my peers.

15. What I most disliked about this activity/task was...

Our group sometimes run out of time due to our laziness. I hope this weakness could be improved soon.

16. Miscellaneous interesting facts I learned from this activity/task...

Team role: chair, innovator, team worker, investigator or finisher.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

It is true that we did not get along well with each other at the first time.

2. Reflection observation:

All of us were quite silent. Additionally, the atmosphere was a little unpleasant. In general, the meeting was formal. As a result of this, we spent a little time to introduce ourselves, one-by-one. Every member told about their background, such as age, family, hometown, education, hobbies or friends. We exchanged the personal information and mobile phone numbers as well. After a short face-to-face conversation, we decided to choose our group leader. Another thing was mentioned at the meeting were the main reasons causing conflicts among us. Many reasons were discussed seriously and truly.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

I believe that an excellent team’s performance is a result of the strong relationship between group members.

4. Active experimentation:

By discussing within a group, I could see my friend’s personalities. In order to have an effective interaction with my team-mates, I will become faithful, friendly and opened-heart. Not only that, I will try to avoid meeting late coming. I will also minimize the actions or communication that could lead to the conflicts between us. From now on, we could become good friends forever.

Journal & Reflection - WEEK 5

LEARNING JOURNAL

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Week: 5

2. Duration: 1 week

3. Activities:

Reading materials at LRC.

Reading e-books at RMIT online library.

Searching information on the Internet.

Discussing in a pair or small group.

4. What resource(s) did I use for this activity/task?

Wysocki, Robert K 2004, Project Management Process Improvement, Boston Artech House, Inc.

Clifford R. Gray & Erik W. Larson 2003, Project Management – The managerial process, 2nd edition, The McGraw-Hill Company, Australia.

5. What was the most interesting thing I read for this activity/task?

The most interesting thing that I read in my resources is managing project teams. In this reading, I had an opportunity to link with organizational behavior course. To make it clearer, I will take an example. From page 349 to 376 in “Project Management” book, several issues are covered, such as the five-stage team development model, building high-performance project teams or managing virtual project teams. Those theories are very supportive and useful for me. Although I was familiar with project’s definitions or styles, I still found many new ideas in this book.

6. What were three main things I learned from this activity/task?

I have learnt three main things during one week. They included:

Setting the stages/activities for a successful project.

Making team performance more effective.

Estimating the time-consuming of a team project.

7. What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?

I previously think that team project was an easy task. However, I now realize that there are a lot of things should be concerned in project management.

8. What was new or surprising to me?

PERT (program evaluation review technique) was a new and surprise thing to me. I have never used it before.

9. What have I changed my mind about as a result of this activity/task?

I think that I had better use PERT to estimate the time-consuming in every single as well as group assignments.

10. One thing I learned from this activity/task that I may be able to use in future is...

Project management is a useful topic. In the future, I will have a lot of team projects in studying or working environment. Therefore, this skill will help me in improving teamwork skills like communication, time-management.

11. Things that I am still unsure about...

I’m still unsure about managing risk. It is true that I can not prevent unpredictable events happening. In my opinion, risk identification is impossible.

12. Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail.

Estimating project times is an issue that interested me a lot. I would like to study it in more details. For example, besides PERT, there is a GANTT - another program to estimate the time which involve the name of people who in charge of their workload. This program is more effective and time-saving. Thus, I wish to spend more time on this program in the future.

13. Ideas for action, based on this activity/task...

The main point from reading books was control the team activities as well as make the group's performance better.

14. What I most liked about this activity/task was...

The most interesting thing was that I can use the theory or program that I researched in my current ICEBERG team in Organizational Behaviour.

15. What I most disliked about this activity/task was...

There is nothing that I disliked about this activity.

16. Miscellaneous interesting facts I learned from this activity/task...

Several facts are discovered:

PERT: detailed task descriptions, time (beginning and finishing time).

5 stage team development model: forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning.

REFLECTION

Capability Portfolio - part 2

1. Concrete experience:

PERT is an effective tool to know which stages are involved and how long each task takes. Not only that, 5stages in team development are very useful to apply for our current team. We are now at norming stage. We hope to go to performance stage as soon as possible.

2. Reflection observation:

Obviously this skill will go along with me in the university world, where working in group or team is very important.

3. Abstract conceptualization:

After carrying out a small research about project management, I feel very confident to apply the reading strategies as well as PERT for my virtual peer learning team (VPLT) portfolio in Organizational Behaviour course.

4. Active experimentation:

I'm looking forward achieving from distinction to high distinction mark in this VPLT project (75-95%).
